Jim Barratt, CPA, CFF, is a forensic accountant and problem solver with over 30 years of expertise in financial and investigative services. They served as an Enforcement Accountant at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from 1991 to 1997 and have held leadership roles in various consulting firms, including Managing Director positions at Ankura Consulting and FTI Consulting. Currently, they are the Managing Director at The Vertex Companies LLC and President of Barratt Consulting Group, providing forensic accounting and investigative services. Additionally, Jim is an author, recognized in the 2023 Who's Who Legal as a Global Leader in Investigations and Forensic Accountants.
