Neil Miltonberger

Neil Miltonberger is an established executive with extensive expertise in damages analysis, delay analysis, and forensic accounting for litigation and disputes. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at The Vertex Companies LLC and as a Senior Partner and Co-Founder at Breakwater Forensics LLC, Neil also holds the position of Managing Vice President of the Austin Office at The Kenrich Group LLC. With a career spanning over three decades, Neil has managed projects across various sectors including power plants, nuclear clean-up, sports stadiums, and infrastructure. In addition to their role as an expert witness in court and arbitration, Neil has held leadership positions at Navigant Consulting, Tucker Alan Inc., Peterson Consulting, TGRWA, SOM, and Turner Collie & Braden. Neil holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, as well as a MS and BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
