Amy Daniels

Amy Daniels has extensive experience in credit and collections, currently serving as the Director of Credit and Collections at Vertex Inc. since July 2017, after progressing through roles including Senior Manager and Manager in the same domain. Prior to Vertex, Amy held the position of Associate Director of Billing & Collections at Chiltern, where responsibilities included leading an integration team and managing accounts receivable for a portfolio of over 500 projects. Additional experience includes managing a global billing and collections team at Theorem Clinical Research, with a focus on cash collections and process improvements, and previous roles at MDS Pharma Services, Metabo Corporation, and Tyco Healthcare Retail Group. Amy holds a BS in Business Management from Alvernia University and an Associate degree in Accounting/Business Management from Pennsylvania Business Institute.
