Katie Brotherton

Katie Brotherton has extensive experience in finance, holding key leadership roles at various organizations. At Vertex Inc. from September 2018 to September 2025, Katie served as Vice President of Finance & Reporting and previously as Senior Director of FP&A. Prior to Vertex, Katie was Finance Director at Epsilon from July 2015 to August 2018, and held the position of Manager, FP&A at Diageo from April 2010 to July 2015. Additionally, Katie worked at Pfizer as a Senior Financial Analyst from November 2004 to April 2010, and began a career at Kroll as a Senior Associate focusing on forensic analysis for litigation consulting. Educationally, Katie earned a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Villanova University and an MBA in Finance from Temple University.
