Rachael Lund

Rachael Lund is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in tax management and customer success roles. Currently serving as a Customer Success Account Manager and previously as a Tax Research Analyst at Vertex Inc. since August 2016, Rachael has developed a deep expertise in sales and use tax systems, specifically with the Vertex O series. Prior roles include serving as a Sales & Use Tax System Administrator at Radial Inc., where Rachael managed tax systems and processes, and as a Senior Tax Accountant at Iron Mountain, overseeing sales tax returns for multiple entities across numerous states. Rachael's career also includes positions as a Sales Tax Specialist at Teleflex Incorporated and as an Accounting Assistant at R-V Industries Inc., along with earlier experience in product development and quality assurance. Rachael holds a Master’s of Science in Accounting and Taxation from Strayer University and an MBA in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, along with a Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University.
