Talor Merrick

Talor Merrick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst in Product Management at VertexOne since July 2023, Talor previously worked at NRG Energy from May 2021 to July 2023 as a Business Operations Supervisor, overseeing billing operations for residential and small commercial customers and managing a $1 billion annual billing cycle across multiple states. Prior to that, Talor was a Billing Supervisor at Direct Energy from October 2015 to May 2021, leading a team of analysts responsible for billing and transaction management across Texas and the north, and managing significant exception processes.
