Allan Rauff Schurmann

Allan Rauff Schurmann has extensive experience in conflict resolution, organizational development, and human resources, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Facilitator and Conflict Mediator at the Center for Konfliktløsning since 2002 and working on organizational development at Vertica since 2020, Allan has also held roles such as HR Development Consultant at Vejdirektoratet and Consultant for HR Development and Recruitment at Gribskov Kommune. Previous positions include leading conflict resolution efforts at the Copenhagen Police and teaching at the Police Academy. Allan holds a Master of Arts in Learning Processes with a specialization in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from Aalborg University, completed in 2015.
