Jill Bier

Jill Bier has a comprehensive legal background, starting as a Legal Intern at Wyndham Worldwide in 2005. Jill later worked at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP as an Associate focusing on corporate law. Jill then transitioned to roles at Bats Global Markets and Cboe Global Markets, where they progressed to Director and Senior Legal Counsel. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Legal - Corporate & Governance at Vertical Aerospace. Throughout their career, Jill has gained expertise in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law.

Jill Bier earned a B.A. in Psychology from Tufts University in 2004 before obtaining a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2007.
