Ricky Morris

Ricky Morris is an accomplished systems engineer and managing director with extensive experience in electric propulsion and railway systems. Currently serving as an Electric Propulsion Unit Systems Engineer at Vertical Aerospace since March 2025, Ricky previously held key roles including Managing Director at Snow Design Limited, Systems Engineer for Aerospace Electric Propulsion Unit Projects at Evolito Ltd, and Systems Engineer at YASA, where contributions included safety-critical motor controller unit development for electric vehicles. With a background in railway systems engineering at Infinitive Group Limited and significant experience in integration and testing with companies like Alstom and Lockheed Martin, Ricky has demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing complex engineering projects.
