Kaushal Kanani possesses extensive experience in project management within the construction and real estate sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Vertical Earth since March 2023, Kaushal previously held similar roles at Ohmshiv Construction LLC and also co-owned both Metro Infra Developers from January 2019 to January 2023 and Pavitraa Realty from February 2012 to January 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and an Associate of Science from Bergen Community College, reinforcing a strong academic foundation in civil engineering.
