Eli Segal

Eli Segal has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Eli worked as the VP of R&D at Vertical Field, where they oversaw the planning of a central irrigation system and led the R&D department to adapt to changing trends. Prior to this role, they served as the R&D Manager at Vertical Field, establishing the development department and implementing efficient work practices.

Before joining Vertical Field, Segal held the position of CTO & Program Manager at Seedo, where they led the development of containers for agricultural crops and established a team to optimize environmental conditions for plant growth.

Segal also founded their own engineering design and consulting firm called NOVUS Engineering Ltd., where they served as the CEO and Owner. Eli developed innovative products and provided technological solutions to various industries.

Additionally, Segal held positions at Elbit Systems Ltd and Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, where they served as the Director of Development. In these roles, they led teams of engineers and worked on projects in the military industry.

In addition to their formal education, Eli Segal has also acquired various certifications throughout their career, including the Advanced Management Course from Elbit Systems Ltd in 2013, the RAFAEL's Management Reserve from Rafael Advanced Defense Systems in 2011, and the Certified Solid-Works Professional (CSWP) from Systematix in 2005. Eli was also a recipient of the KAZIR Scholarship from the Ministry of Defense Departments and Directorates (MAFAT) in 2004.
