Florian Pass

Florian Pass has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Florian began their career at The Walt Disney Company, where they worked as a Sales representative, responsible for selling food, beverages, and merchandise. Afterward, they joined Merck as a Controller briefly before moving on to W. L. Gore & Associates as a Global Business Controller, overseeing financial and controlling matters for the global Fabrics division.

In 2006, Florian co-founded Sucandi, an international business for Dressage Horses, where they served as the Co-founder, Co-owner, and Controller. During their time there, they successfully expanded the market for Brazilian Lusitanos, allowing them to be sold in new countries, and efficiently managed the company's operations, achieving consecutive yearly revenue growth.

Florian's next role was as the Director of Finance and Operations at Grupo ZAP. Florian later joined Prevent Group CEE as a Controller, where they established the Controlling-function of the company and implemented various financial initiatives. Florian then transitioned to Keystone Consulting, where they founded and owned the company.

Florian's career also includes a role as a Manager of the German Desk at BPC Partners Legal Rep., Bookkeeping, and Consulting Brazil. In this position, they provided managerial support and expertise in German affiliated matters.

Most recently, Florian joined the Vertical Garden Company as their Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the financial operations of the company.

Florian Pass earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from Munich Business School, where they attended from 1984 to 1988. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Corporate Finance: Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) in 2023, Interpersonal Communication in 2021, and various other certifications related to finance, accounting, personal branding, and professional skills.
