Iván Jesús González Zumbardo

Iván Jesús González Zumbardo is an experienced professional in operational excellence with a strong focus on Lean methodologies. Currently serving as Excelencia Operacional at Vertical Knits since November 2021, Iván is responsible for creating Lean standards that aim to reduce waste, costs, and optimize operational flow. Previously, as Gerente de Mejora Continua at DYPAQ ENVIOS from March 2019 to November 2021, Iván specialized in developing lean processes that promote continuous improvement and stability. Iván also held the role of Jefe Lean Champion at Vertical Knits from May 2014 to March 2019, where the implementation of Lean 2.0 was a key responsibility. Iván holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Interamericana para el Desarrollo and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Mérida.
