Jason Brissette

Jason Brissette has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Football Coach at East Gadsden High School in 2009. Jason then moved on to become the Wellness Director at Volusia Flagler YMCA in 2010, where they managed 50+ employees and had budget responsibilities over $350,000. In 2011 and 2012, they took on Adjunct Professor roles at the University of Central Florida and St. Petersburg College, respectively.

In 2013, Jason became an Outside Sales Representative for Legend Fitness, where they developed both the commercial and vertical markets for Legend Fitness with a primary focus on high school athletics and collegiate athletics. That same year, they also took on the role of Football Coach at Gulf High School.

In 2015, Jason took on two roles: Territory Manager for Core Health & Fitness - Star Trac, StairMaster, Nautilus & Schwinn commercial fitness products, and Regional Sales Manager for DYNAMIC Fitness & Strength. In 2017, they became Regional Sales Manager at ABC Financial Services, and in 2019, they became Territory Sales Manager at Vertical Raise. In this role, they developed a strategic territory plan to acquire and expand market share throughout Central Florida, and raised over $3 million independently and over $4 million with their team.

Jason Brissette completed a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Athletic Coaching from the University of Central Florida in 2008. In 2010, they earned a Master of Science in Sport Management from Florida State University. Jason also holds certifications from various institutions, such as the YMCA, Sport Play and Active Recreation for Kids, Florida Department of Education, and American Council on Exercise, which include Introduction to Volunteerism, Facilitator Skills Training, SPARK Training I, Child Abuse Prevention (CAP Training), Social Sciences 6-12, Athletic Coaching Endorsement, Health Education K-12, Physical Education K-12, and ACE Personal Training.
