Richard Roche

Richard Roche serves as the Fundraising Manager at Vertical Raise since 2023, where responsibilities include collaborating with fundraisers on effective strategies and providing training on best practices. Richard's extensive experience in athletics spans roles such as Manager at Sycamore Bar & Grill, Boys Varsity Basketball Coach and Director of Athletics at Notre Dame High School from 2010 to 2022, and District Athletic Director at Lindenhurst Public Schools, supervising numerous coaches and teams. Prior coaching positions include Head Basketball Coach at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where Richard achieved the program's first conference championship, and teaching roles at various high schools while also coaching basketball teams. Richard obtained a BA in History from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and an MA in Education from Villanova University.
