Malcolm Shabazz is an experienced technology professional, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of MSEO Agency since June 2023, specializing in ad management, audits, and consulting. With a strong background in technical support, Malcolm has been a Senior Help Desk Support Representative at Vertical Screen, Inc. since August 2016, proficient in using cloud-based ticketing systems and proprietary workflow management tools. Previous roles include Desktop Support and Help Desk positions at Comcast, where Malcolm focused on imaging and user account management, and Deployment Technician at DCi Technology Solutions, ensuring proper configuration of Windows devices.
