Arkady Itenberg, Ph.D., CSM

Arkady Itenberg, Ph.D., CSM has extensive experience in software development and leadership roles. Arkady worked at Vertical Solutions, Inc. from 2001 to the present, where they served as the Vice President of Application Software Development, Director of Application Development, and Manager of Application Development. In these roles, they drove software development, led real-time integration of CRM applications with ERP systems, and minimized technical risks. Prior to this, they worked at Astea International Inc. from 1996 to 2001 as a Development Team Leader, where they managed software development projects in the CRM market and developed modules for integrated Windows and Internet applications. Arkady also developed complex algorithms for price calculation processing.

Arkady Itenberg, Ph.D., CSM obtained their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Applied Mathematics from Radio-Technical University in Taganrog, Russia. Arkady pursued their higher education at the Institute of Control's Problems, USSR Academy of Science, where they earned their Ph.D. in Computer Science.
