Audris Shau

Audris Shau serves as the Senior Vice President at Vertical Ventures since November 2021, where responsibilities include developing an asset management platform and overseeing an investment portfolio valued at approximately $188 million. Prior to this role, Audris held the position of Vice President at GROSVENOR AMERICAS INC., managing a portfolio of office and retail assets worth around $580 million, with significant achievements in leasing and tenant retention strategies. Audris has also worked as VP of Asset Management at Jamestown, Asset Management professional at Shorenstein Realty Services, and a Senior Asset Manager at Silverstein Properties, among other roles in the real estate investment sector. Audris holds an MBA in General Management from Columbia Business School and a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
