Blanca Catalina Garcia is the Chief Program Officer at Vertical404, a non-profit organization that exists to eliminate the relationship gap that stands in the way of success for too many promising entrepreneurs, especially those who are people of color, women, or aren't located in coastal financial centers.

Prior to their current role, Blanca was the Startup Division Director at Goodie Nation, where they lead the program team to accelerate 100+ early-stage diverse-led and social impact technology companies. sectors of their companies included economic development, education, environmental sustainability, financial access, health, security and entertainment. Blanca was also responsible for leading the Entrepreneur-in-Residence and Startup Catalyst programs, as well as designing the evaluation and needs assessment process for the Founders.

Before Goodie Nation, Blanca was with Flagship Founders, where they were responsible for developing relationships with early-stage technology companies and connecting them with resources they need to be successful.

Blanca has a passion for helping others and believes that everyone should have access to the resources they need to be successful. Blanca is committed to building a more sustainable and prosperous future for all.

Blanca Catalina Garcia graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Eckerd College.
