Kelsey Hurter is currently the Head of Account Management for North America at Vertice, starting in August 2024. Prior to this role, Kelsey served as the Director of Customer Success at EverTrue from February 2021 to March 2024, where the focus was on providing Higher Education and Nonprofit customers with SaaS products for donor engagement. Kelsey has also been an Associate Member of the Seattle Chapter at Pavilion since June 2020 and worked at Affirma Consulting as the Senior Customer Engagement Team Lead from June 2015 to February 2021, leading technical project support for various clients. Earlier career experience includes roles as Customer Engagement Manager at Western Digital from June 2012 to June 2015 and Senior Marketing Representative. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Communication from the University of Washington, earned in January 2012.
