Milan Vondra

Milan Vondra has a significant amount of experience in test engineering and quality assurance. Milan is currently working as the Senior Director of Test Engineering at Vertice since February 2022. Prior to this, they spent several years at NetSuite, where they held various roles such as Senior Director, Quality Assurance and Director, Quality Assurance. During their time at NetSuite, they were responsible for growing the QA team, ensuring a good balance in the DEV:QA ratio, and driving improvements in company-wide processes and quality control. Before NetSuite, Milan worked at SolarWinds as an Automation Test Lead, where they designed and implemented an in-house Automation Framework and led a team of Automation Framework Developers. Milan also worked at Acision as a Verification Team Leader and Verification Engineer, where they were responsible for leading testing activities and implementing methodology changes to achieve the best possible quality.

Milan Vondra started their education at Masaryk University Brno in 1998, where they pursued a degree in Pedagogy of Informatics and Mathematics for secondary school. From 2000 to 2003, they continued their studies at the same university, earning a Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies. In 2003, they began their Master's degree in Information Technologies at Masaryk University Brno, completing it in 2005. Milan also obtained a certification in Project Management from Prince2 Foundation in 2007.
