Troy Wilkens

Troy Wilkens is an experienced project manager with a strong background in telecommunications and customer account management. Currently serving as Project Manager at Verticomm since November 2017, Troy previously held the role of TS Project Manager at Allstream, where complex phone system projects were delivered from planning to deployment. Earlier in their career, Troy worked at Integra Telecom in various roles, including Account Consultant and Customer Account Coordinator, focusing on customer retention and service quality. Prior experience includes project management at TruStile Doors and account management at McLeodUSA. Troy holds degrees from the University of Iowa and the University of Graz.
