Ott Vatter

Ott Vatter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in e-governance, digital transformation, and entrepreneurship. As a Founding Partner at Vertikal Digital since 2012, Vatter has focused on tailor-made e-governance and identity solutions. Vatter served as Managing Director at ePróspera from 2021 to 2024, overseeing socioeconomic development in Honduras. Previous roles include Managing Director and Deputy Director at e-Residency from 2015 to 2021, facilitating access to Estonia’s business environment for global entrepreneurs. Vatter also co-founded and played key roles in various companies, including Lakeside Investments, Resto/Bar/Club HETK, and Creative space Hoov. Vatter's educational background includes advanced studies at Université Lumière Lyon 2, Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola, and a Master's degree in Crossmedia Production from Baltic Film and Media School.
