Vertis Therapy
Juhi Shukla is a dedicated physical therapist with extensive experience in aquatic therapy and skilled nursing. Currently serving as a physical therapist at Vertis Therapy since April 2018, Juhi specializes in aquatic therapy at the SPOT clinic while also working as a staff physical therapist at St. Prior to this role, Juhi was a resident physical therapist at Rosewalk Village skilled nursing facility under American Senior Communities from December 2016 to March 2018. Juhi holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis, obtained between 2014 and 2016, and a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from DES College of Physiotherapy, earned from 2008 to 2013.
