Aaron Borchers

Aaron Borchers has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Aaron started their career at Accenture, where they worked as a Manager in Management Consulting for Fortune 100 organizations across the US, Canada, and Europe from 2004 to 2009. After that, they joined NiSource as a Manager/Director in Management Consulting from 2009 to 2014, and later became the Managing Director of Transition Management from 2014 to 2016. Aaron then served as the VP of the Transformation Office from 2016 to 2018. Currently, Aaron is working at Vertiv, where they first held the position of VP of Strategy & Transformation from 2018 to 2021, responsible for driving strategy formulation and execution oversight for go-to-market transformation and P&L management across the US. Aaron then became the VP of Strategy & M&A Integration from 2021 to 2022, leading go-to-market due diligence and post-close integration of global switchgear and power distribution systems for the $1.8B acquisition of E+I Engineering Group. Aaron's most recent role at Vertiv is the VP of E+I Americas, a position they have held since 2022. Aaron is also currently serving as the VP of E+I & Global Head of Integration, starting in 2023.
