Ben Stay

Ben Stay is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in international tax and transfer pricing. Currently serving as Senior Director of International Tax and Transfer Pricing at Vertiv since January 2024, Ben previously held the position of Senior Director of International Tax at VF Corporation from July 2013 to June 2023, where Ben led the international tax and transfer pricing functions. Prior experience includes work as an International Tax Manager at PwC from October 2009 to July 2013, specializing in international tax, and as an Accounting Clerk at J. Reuben Clark Law School from September 2005 to May 2009, managing law journal publications and library acquisitions. Ben Stay holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting with a tax emphasis from Brigham Young University, completed in 2009.
