Bhavik Rao

Bhavik Rao currently serves as Chief Information Officer - Americas and Global Vice President - IT at Vertiv since August 2020, overseeing global data, enterprise architecture, and critical business applications. Prior to this, Bhavik was Global Vice President of Digital Strategy and Transformation at Vertiv, driving the digital strategy and managing project evaluations. Bhavik’s previous experience includes roles at Capgemini, where responsibilities spanned from Head of Digital, North America to Vice President of Digital Transformation, emphasizing innovative solutions and cost reduction strategies. Bhavik's career began at Capgemini Sogeti, managing large teams and delivering digital transformation projects, and included a role as Senior Analyst at the Ohio Department of Health. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The Ohio State University, a Master of Science in Computer Science from both The University of Texas at Austin and New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Gujarat University.
