Dan Ling

Dan Ling has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Dan is currently the Director of Technology Process in the Office of the CTO at Vertiv, where they collaborate with customers to build future-ready infrastructures. Prior to this role, they worked at Aras Corporation as a Technical Account Manager, managing customer opportunities and delivering enterprise solutions for digital transformation. Before that, they held various roles at Pcubed, including Vice President of Enterprise Program Management and Practice Lead/Managing Consultant, where they drove business growth and delivery of innovation, program management, and portfolio services. Dan also worked as the Field Operations Director at Perceptron, where they transformed the field services organization. Dan Ling's earlier career includes roles at Pcubed, AgentWare Systems, Inc., and Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley. Throughout their career, they have worked with various companies across industries such as automotive/manufacturing, high technology/consumer products, and pharmaceuticals/healthcare.

Dan Ling has a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Wayne State University, which they obtained from 1993 to 1995. Dan also holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University, which they obtained from 1984 to 1989. In addition, Dan Ling has obtained several certifications including ICAgile Certified Professional - Business Agility Foundations from ICAgile, Certified SAFe™ 4 Scrum Master and SAFe™ 4 Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
