Eric Broxterman

Eric Broxterman has a diverse work experience spanning several prestigious companies. Eric started their career as an Associate at Jones Day in 2002 and then went on to serve as a Federal Clerkship for The Honorable Kathleen McDonald O'Malley from 2004 to 2005. After that, they worked as an Associate at Winston & Strawn LLP from 2005 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Fitch Even Tabin & Flannery as a Partner, where they served until 2018. Currently, they hold the position of VP - Deputy General Counsel, Global IP at Vertiv since May 2018.

Eric Broxterman attended Marian Catholic from 1988 to 1992. Eric then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University between 1992 and 1997. Later, from 1999 to 2002, they studied Law at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, obtaining a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
