Ian Overking

Ian Overking is a seasoned in-house counsel with a versatile background in corporate law, demonstrating a strong focus on delivering legal solutions that align with organizational goals. With 18 years of experience, Ian's expertise spans employment law, regulatory compliance, and contracting, having served in roles across private practice, government, and corporate environments. Currently, Ian is a Senior Corporate Counsel at Vertiv, overseeing U.S. and international labor and employment matters. Previously, Ian was the first in-house counsel for Prolink Staffing Services, where they guided legal strategy for one of the nation's fastest-growing medical staffing companies. Ian obtained a Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fairmont State University.
