Ivy Tsang's work experience includes various roles in the field of Human Resources. Ivy started their career at A.P. Moller - Maersk as a Deputy Manager, responsible for Compensation & Benefits. Ivy then moved on to Hongkong Land as an HR Manager, focusing on recruitment, communication, and systems. Ivy later joined PPG Industries as an APAC HR Director, leading the Compensation & Benefits Center of Excellence. Ivy also worked at Pearson as the Regional Reward & Projects Director, establishing professional reward programs and building partnerships with Finance and regional BU heads. Currently, Ivy is the Vice President of Total Rewards at Vertiv for the APAC region. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in HR process improvement, technology implementation, and strategic HR partnerships.

Ivy Tsang obtained a Master of Arts degree in Education & Human Resources Development from The George Washington University - Graduate School of Education and Human Development, which they attended from 2006 to 2008. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including MMTIC® Certified Facilitator from the Center for Applications of Psychological Type, Inc. (2022), Certified Play Therapy Practitioner from the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) (2020), Workday HCM from Workday (2017), Certified Global Renumeration Professional (GRP) from WorldatWork (2010), and DDI Facilitation Skill Certified Trainer from DDI | Development Dimensions International (2010).
