Jaimie Bruggeman

Jaimie Bruggeman has extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning over a decade. From November 2017 to April 2025, Jaimie served as the Director of Talent Management at Vertiv, along with a previous role as the Director of HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes the position of HR Manager at L Brands from August 2016 to November 2017 and HR Manager at Eaton from June 2011 to August 2016, where Jaimie also held roles as Human Resources Supervisor and participated in the Human Resources Leadership Development Program. Early in the career, Jaimie was an HR Intern at Honda of America Mfg., Inc. Jaimie holds a Master’s degree in Labor and Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from The Ohio State University.
