Juan Alba

Juan Alba has a strong background in HRIS governance and data management. Juan has worked for various companies, including Vertiv and Honeywell. At Vertiv, they served as the HRIS Governance Lead, where they established strategies for data integration in HR projects. At Honeywell, they held several roles, including Sr HRIS Manager, Manager of Global Data Standards, HR Data Manager Americas, and Peoplesoft Analyst. In these positions, they were responsible for creating and implementing data governance processes, automating manual work, ensuring data accuracy, coordinating acquisitions, and managing HR data projects. Prior to their roles at Honeywell, Juan worked as the GBL Knowledge Management Leader at Honeywell (Outsourced RHCP), and as a KM Analyst and Knowledge Management Assistant at Honeywell Automotive and Honeywell (Outsourced RHCP), respectively.

Juan Alba completed a Bachelor of IT Management degree from Universidad del Valle de México from 2004 to 2009. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from institutions such as LinkedIn, LambdaTest, EF Education First, and the Project Management Institute. Some of the certifications they obtained include "Generative AI in HR," "Oracle Cloud Data Management Foundations Workshop," and "Cert Prep: SCRUM Master."
