Marifer Fagela

Marifer Fagela is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, planning, and business development across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Strategy and Planning for Asia at Vertiv since November 2025, Marifer has held prominent roles including Vice President and Head of Corporate Planning and Business Development at St. Luke's Medical Center and Director for Corporate Planning at Hann Resorts. As an entrepreneur, Marifer founded Farmer's Choice Food Products, developing an FDA-approved food processing facility in Gamu, Isabela, and successfully introduced products such as Mushroom Mama® Mushroom chips. Previous positions include roles at AECOM, ABS-CBN Corporation, Emerson Network Power, BF Corporation, Maynilad Water Services, and The World Bank. Marifer holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a BS in Civil Engineering, both from the University of the Philippines.
