Michelle Esteban

Michelle Esteban currently serves as Lead Specialist in Talent Sourcing & Administration at Vertiv, a position held since September 2021, where responsibilities include managing onboarding coordination and data management to support Talent Acquisition Partners across the AS region. Prior to this, Michelle worked at Korn Ferry as an Operations and Client Support Analyst and Sourcing Specialist, where a focus was placed on customer support and sourcing for North America. Earlier experience includes a sourcing role at Cummins Inc. and several positions focused on candidate sourcing and administrative tasks at iPlus Intelligent Network, Inc. and Asia Peopleworks Inc. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Makati, earned in 2015.
