Subbu Shankarappa

Subbu Shankarappa is an experienced professional in information and product security program management with a substantial background in technology delivery and risk management. Currently serving as Director at Vertiv, Subbu has previously held various significant roles at Nationwide from March 2000 to November 2020, including Technology Delivery Leader, where leadership was demonstrated in multiple high-stakes initiatives, such as a $40M Cloud Enablement Program and a $20M Enterprise Risk portfolio. Subbu’s earlier positions include IT Project Manager in various verticals, successfully executing large-scale transformations and project implementations. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Madras, Subbu combines technical acumen with strategic oversight in project execution and risk management.
