Troy Williams

Troy Williams has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Troy began their career in 2007 as a Store Manager at Jamba Juice, where they successfully managed operations and led training for new employees. In 2010, they were part of a team that opened a new Jamba Juice store.

Afterwards, Troy joined Cal Poly State University as a Technical Support Assistant, where they provided technical assistance and support. In 2012, they started working at Vertos Medical Inc as a Manufacturing and Quality Engineer, focusing on improving efficiency and quality in production.

In 2014, Troy moved to Dexcom as a Quality Engineer II, responsible for coordinating and investigating nonconforming material in manufacturing. Troy also played a vital role in root cause analysis and corrective action planning projects.

Troy's career at Dexcom progressed, and they took on the role of Pilot Operations Supervisor II in 2016. In this position, they oversaw manufacturing for R&D product builds and identified potential process improvements for scalability and efficiency.

In 2017, Troy returned to Vertos Medical, this time as a Quality Assurance Manager. Troy excelled in this role and was promoted to Director of Manufacturing in April 2021.
