Danielle Gray

Danielle Gray has a diverse work experience. Danielle started their career at South Lanarkshire Council as a Clerical Assistant in the Social Work Department from May 2004 to June 2009. Later, they took on the role of Senior Clerical Assistant in the same department from June 2009 to August 2010.

In 2012, Danielle joined RM Education as a 1st Line Support Engineer. Danielle provided technical support to users and resolved their issues from June 2012 to July 2013.

Following that, Danielle worked at Dell as a Technical Support Associate from July 2013 to January 2015. Danielle handled customer technical issues related to various hardware, operating systems, and software.
