Neil Carrahar

Neil Carrahar has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Neil started their career as a General Sales Manager at Sytner Group from August 2008 to July 2010. Neil then worked as a Transaction Manager at Inchcape plc from July 2010 to March 2013. After that, they served as a Group Sales Development Manager at Benfield Motor Group (now part of the Lookers family) from March 2013 to November 2015. Neil then joined Lookers plc and held multiple roles, including Regional Finance & Insurance Manager from November 2015 to February 2017, Divisional Quality of Sale Manager from February 2017 to June 2019, and Divisional Sales Development Manager from July 2019 to May 2021. Their responsibilities in these roles included identifying business improvement opportunities, consulting on strategy, implementing change management and project management, and providing training and coaching. Most recently, they worked as a Showroom Manager at JCT600 from September 2021 to April 2022, where they led and motivated a Porsche sales team and ensured compliance with relevant legislation. Currently, they hold the position of Divisional F&I Development Manager for Volkswagen Audi Group Brands at Vertu Motors plc, where they operate nationally and collaborates with franchise directors, head office teams, external finance providers, and dealership management teams to identify and implement business improvement opportunities in the areas of Finance & Insurance.

Neil Carrahar has studied Music Technology at Newcastle College. Neil also attended Springfield Comprehensive, although the specific field of study or degree obtained is unknown. Additionally, Neil Carrahar has obtained a certification as a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in February 2022.
