Justin Krauss

Justin Krauss is an experienced Learning And Development Specialist at Verus Consulting and Cisco, responsible for creating and maintaining over 110 pieces of content, developing WalkMe assets, and facilitating communications to a large user base. Prior to this, Justin served as User Experience Lead at Genesis Logistics, where coordination with agents and clients optimized delivery efficiencies. Justin also gained entrepreneurship experience by launching a custom cornhole set business during the COVID-19 pandemic and contributed as Head Counselor at Frogbridge Day Camp. Justin holds a degree from the University of Delaware, graduating in 2022.
