Fred Rahmer

Fred Rahmer is the Senior Director of the Sensors & Instrumentation Group of Verus Research (formerly XL Scientific, LLC) where he leads programs focused applied electronics, space, autonomy, and electronic warfare.

Fred has 20 years of experience in the design, development, and execution of a broad range of indoor and outdoor testing. In his former Program Manger and Team Lead roles at SAIC and Leidos, he planned and executed multiple blast mitigation tests at test ranges around the country. He also worked on a broad array of HPM systems from design to deployment, including AFRL’s counter-improvised explosive device “MAXPOWER” system where he was the deployment lead and Program Manager.

Fred holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lemoyne College.
