Katrynna Natividad is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the coffee industry and engineering. Currently serving as a Coffee Roaster at Verve Coffee Roasters, responsibilities include roasting coffee, participating in quality control, and conducting maintenance on roasting equipment. Previously, Katrynna held roles as a Cafe Manager, overseeing operations and staffing, as well as acting as a Barista and Shift Lead, where customer engagement and quality service were prioritized. In addition to coffee expertise, Katrynna worked as a Project Engineer for the Processing Tomatoes Advisory Board, developing automated inspection systems and improving operational efficiency, and as a Research Assistant at Donis-Gonzalez Lab, contributing to walnut drying process research. Katrynna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
