With experience dating back to 1989, Elroy's role as Vice President of Special Projects at Verve Senior Living involves ensuring high-quality person-centered care in senior living communities across Canada. Additionally, as Project Lead at The Village Langley, Elroy is dedicated to bringing a unique village-style memory care project to Canada. Elroy holds a Bachelor's degree in Community Recreation from The University of British Columbia.
