Philipp Ries

Philipp Ries serves as the Founder and Non-Executive Chairman of Nuavo since January 2024, focusing on scaling Swiss SMEs through owner succession and growth enablement. Ries holds a significant role at Google as the Head of EMEA Search and AI Partnerships and has previously served in various leadership capacities within the company. Additionally, Ries is an active member of the investment committee at Verve Ventures and holds chair and board positions at Hapimag, RIES PromoPrint AG, Liiva, and has invested in several startups, including mycujoo and pregnolia AG. Education includes advanced studies at IMD, Stanford University, and the University of Zurich, culminating in a Master's degree in Computer Science and Economics.
