Traian Cristian Cirstea

Traian Cristian Cirstea has over 15 years of work experience in the software engineering field. Traian Cristian is currently the Head of Software Engineering at Verve Ventures, a position they have held since November 2018. Prior to this, they served as a Technical Lead at Verve Ventures from October 2014 to November 2018. Before joining Verve Ventures, Traian worked as a Software Designer at Philips from November 2011 to September 2014. Traian Cristian began their career as a Software Designer Trainee at NIKHEF from January 2011 to September 2011. Traian also gained experience as a Software Engineer at TotalSoft from October 2008 to September 2009, an Intern at Fraunhofer FOKUS from March 2008 to September 2008, a Software Engineer at Axway from September 2005 to March 2008, and a C# Developer at Elastic Solutions from October 2004 to September 2005.

Traian Cristian Cirstea holds a Professional Doctorate in Engineering with a specialization in Software Design from Eindhoven University of Technology, which was completed from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained an MSc degree from the Faculty of Automatic Control and Computers at University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, they have certifications including the Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition 5.0, obtained in February 2008, and the Diplôme d'études en langue française (DELF B1).
