Carrie Galli

Carrie Galli is an accomplished HR executive currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Verve since September 2025. Previously, Carrie held the position of Chief People Officer for the United States at EssenceMediacom, where significant achievements included leading the merger of Essence Global and Mediacom, creating a market leader in media with $2.4 billion in annual revenue. As Global Chief People Officer at Essence Global, Carrie directed a global HR team and collaborated with the executive team on strategic HR initiatives. Carrie's career also includes roles as EVP at Real Chemistry, where organizational growth strategies were implemented, and Global Director of Human Resources at Golin, where alignment of talent with organizational goals was prioritized.
