Lisa Bachina

Lisa Bachina is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Verve since February 2021, Lisa previously held the position of People Business Partner at Applift following the company's acquisition. Lisa's tenure at Ciklum from November 2014 to November 2019 involved advising senior leaders on people management, employee engagement, and organizational design. As a Retention Consultant, Lisa focused on career development for clients and teams. Earlier, Lisa worked as a Recruiter at Gameloft, overseeing full-cycle recruitment processes, and as a Country Development Manager at AIESEC in Ukraine, leading a large student organization. Lisa holds a Master's degree from Kharkiv National University of Municipal Economy.
