Jeff Gilbert

Jeff Gilbert is the Founder and CEO of Verve IT, established in July 2006, which has grown to become the largest IT Services firm in San Joaquin County. Prior to this, Jeff worked as an Independent Software Developer from December 2003 to June 2012, creating software solutions for various clients including the Altamont Commuter Express, Herzog Transit Services, international software firms, defense contractors, and global project management companies. Previously, Jeff served as Technology Manager at the Housing Authority County of San Joaquin from 1995 to 2003.
