Dawn Leamon

Dawn Leamon currently serves as the Head of Training, Content, and Community at Ververica, leading the strategy for Ververica Academy and technical content to support effective learning and knowledge sharing for customers. Prior experience includes roles at StreamNative as Director of Documentation & Training and Training Curriculum Manager, where responsibility involved enhancing customer experiences through comprehensive technical training. At Akamai Technologies, positions included Director of Engineering Learning and Director of Technical Training, focusing on education strategy and developing processes for self-service learning. Earlier career highlights include leadership roles at companies such as Dell EqualLogic, Sun Microsystems, and IBM, where expertise in documentation, training, and technical writing was cultivated. Dawn holds an M.A. in English from Indiana State University and a B.A. in English and Psychology from Heidelberg University.
