Fabian Wilckens

Fabian Wilckens is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in revenue generation and sales leadership across multiple technology companies. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Ververica, the original creators of Apache Flink®, since February 2025, Fabian has held similar roles as Chief Revenue Officer at Mindfuel from October 2023 to February 2025, and as RVP CEMEA at Starburst from May 2022 to September 2023. Prior to these positions, Fabian was the VP of Sales for Ezmeral Software DACH at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, leading a new software team in EMEA from January 2020 to May 2022. Additional experience includes strategic leadership roles at Scale AI, MapR Technologies, VMware, Unisys, and as CEO & Founder of schulklick.de GmbH.
